LEARNING TIPS WITH YOUTUBE

Students often ask us where to find material for individual learning because particular structures might not be that easy at first. It can be both, helpful and fun, to look at particular grammar topics again outside of your course.
Especially if you are a visual learner, video clips are a handy tool to develop a better understanding of the language.

We are super happy that many of you show such a strong interest in our beloved German grammar :) and we would like to share some links with you that our teacher Eva often uses.

  1. Cannot do without a song? Then the hypnotic songs by Smarter German might be your thing. Gorillas and flamingos will help you master prepositions and other topics: https://www.youtube.com/user/smartergerman
  2. Lady of all trades? Ida's clips offer tips and explanations for all levels. You will find pronunciation tips as well as cultural content for higher levels in these clips: https://www.youtube.com/@24hDeutsch/videos
  3. You just learn better when a moustache is part of it?  Martin combines precise explanations with humour: https://www.youtube.com/@deutschmitmartin7503
  4. And last but not least: You want the little cultural extra? Then the themed clips of Deutschlandlabor are perfect for you:

Of course we'd also love to hear your tips! What are your favourite websites or apps for learning German? Send us an email! We'd be happy to feature your tips for future learning articles for your fellow students!

Keep going, everyone!
