What if you need to cancel your class?
Sometimes the unforeseen happens and you find yourself unable to come to your booked German class. Find out about Transmitter’s cancellation policy here.
You will receive a full refund if you cancel 3 weeks or more before your course starts.
If you have to cancel twenty to ten days before the course starts, we will ask for a cancellation fee of 50 €. If you just want to choose a later class, this transfer will be free of charge provided we have spots available in the course you chose.
A cancellation of ten days and less before the course starts means you will get no refund, unfortunately.
Sometimes we can find another participant willing to take your spot last minute – in that case, you will only pay the cancellation fee of 50 €.
