Gallery Visit at Künstlerhaus Bethanien with Katja

Last Friday, Katja took our students to Künstlerhaus Bethanien. Bethanien is an exhibition space in Kreuzberg, showcasing contemporary art by young and upcoming artist from around the world.

This time, we were delighted to enjoy a variety of visual works and short films, as well as some installations that invited us to  interact and take part. Künstlerhaus Bethanien is home to a number of exhibitions by international artists and is always worth a visit.

After the gallery visit, the group went for a drink at the infamous Admiralbrücke, which is a favourite place amongst tourists and locals alike in summer, to end the day with a beer. (Look up: Feierabendbier!)

Wrapping up the day, we moved to the lovely beer garden of Südblock, to review the day  over chips and beer and, above all, new friendships were made.

Our next event is already being planned. We’ll be hosting our next Language Evening in a bar soon, so keep an eye on our website to join us next time!
